Our Review Process
We follow a structured testing methodology for every review:
- We buy it ourselves. Every tool is tested on a paid plan. No vendor-provided accounts, no affiliate-influenced scores.
- We test on real work. Each tool runs through genuine freelance tasks — client proposals, meeting transcriptions, video edits, SEO audits — not synthetic benchmarks.
- We measure over time. Minimum 14-day testing period. Most reviews reflect 30+ days of daily use.
- We show our work. Screenshots, metrics, and specific examples. If we say a tool transcribes at 93% accuracy, we explain exactly how we measured that.
- We highlight the negatives. Every tool has limitations. We dedicate sections to where each tool falls short, so you can make informed decisions.

Why We Built This
